Happy New Year's Eve

Happy New Year’s Eve.  If you are like me, you are probably reflecting on what’s working, or not working, in your life.  Thinking about what happened last year and what you want to occur in the upcoming year. Can you do me a favor?  Take some time to think about what you don’t want to change about yourself.  Reflect on why people love and care about you.  Count the wins that overshadowed the losses.  If you write it down, keep it somewhere like your wallet or purse. This way it is handy for those days that you feel like less than your best.  Life is life.  And, we all face situations that make us question if we have the tools and abilities to handle what we are facing.  It will be good to have a reminder in your handwriting that affirms all the greatness you have been in the past and a base for what you can be in the future. 

I hope that 2017 is full of joyful moments and happy tears.  May you develop and grow into the next level of whoever you were meant to be.  Create a great year.  Have a Happy New Year!
